What Should I Take to the Gym? | What’s In My Gym Bag?!

Since I started my fitness journey, I have accumulated some fitness equipment that I can’t live without! In today’s post, I will give you the rundown of my favourite equipment I take with me to the gym.     • Sports Bra (& underwear)

    • Shoes (Lifting shoes or running shoes depending on activity)

    • Blender Bottle (240 ml & 700 ml)
    • Pre-Workout (only take when needed)
    • Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs) (for heavy lifting days to help with muscle recovery)
    • Protein Powder (post-workout)

    • Headphones
