Hello Everyone!

Here’s a time lapse of a super quick workout I did the other night. Working out at home doesn’t have to be over-complicated. Any physical activity will move your body in the right direction!

The exercises I did:

  • Marching on the spot
  • Leg swings to open up the hips & warm-up
  • Jogging on the spot
  • Squats
  • Sumo squats
  • Lunges
  • Calf raises (10 on each step)
  • Kick-backs
  • Hip abduction
