Here’s a time lapse of a super quick workout I did the other night. Working out at home doesn’t have to be over-complicated. Any physical activity will move your body in the right direction!
The exercises I did:
- Marching on the spot
- Leg swings to open up the hips & warm-up
- Jogging on the spot
- Sumo squats
- Calf raises (10 on each step)
- Hip abduction
